Does it work from inside Turkey?

Yes, and that is the point of this code. Since July 2025, Turkey blocks about 37 international eSIM stores, including Airalo, Holafly, Saily and Nomad. In our test from an Istanbul Türk Telekom line on 10 September 2026, Simbye’s store and checkout loaded without a VPN, and Simbye confirmed to us in writing in September 2026 that it takes orders from customers inside Turkey every day. Good to know

• Data only. A Simbye eSIM gives you no Turkish phone number. If you need one for bank codes or delivery apps, you need a local SIM from a Türk Telekom, Vodafone or Turkcell shop.
• Networks. Simbye’s plan page lists Türk Telekom, Vodafone and Turkcell. Your phone uses whichever is strongest.
• Your phone. It must support eSIM and be unlocked.
• Other countries. We have only checked the code on Turkey plans.

Quick answers

Is there an Airalo discount code that works in Turkey? It would not help once you are here. Airalo’s app and website have been blocked on Turkish networks since July 2025, so you cannot buy or top up from inside Turkey. Simbye with NOMADISTAN15 is the international option that still works.

Does NOMADISTAN15 expire? Simbye has not given us an end date. The code worked on orders placed on 23 September 2026, and we check it when we update this page. If it stops working, tell us at hello@nomadistanbul.com.
